Pelvic Floor Exercises start with breathing

In this short class Claire introduces the vital role of breath in and the motion of breathing to the function of your pelvic floor. If you can't take full easy breaths in or your breathing structures are tight and restricted your pelvic floor literally can't work optimally. The mobility of your ribs and spine play a vital role along with your diaphragm and your lungs. The ribs need to open for your lungs and diaphragm to fully fill and contract because when they do they send vital information to your pelvic floor to move, contract and lengthen. This is the beginning of restoring function to your pelvic floor. Enjoy
