This is a gentle restorative class for Pilates Teachers. The class explores your mind-body breath connection & ways of moving in a full mind-body breath integrated way. It is suitable for all teachers from all schools & will lead you from supine to standing in some new & familiar ways. It explores finding your core, and how we can lead ourselves into some familiar rotations like crisis cross, aid digestion & reduce our stress. Enjoy.
P.S If you are not a teacher you are also welcome to join this class & it'll be particularly good if you are working on your Pelvic Health.
